As we believe that our customers are our ultimate priority and that their BIOJET
purchase has been driven by a desire for enhanced hydromassage and for a
higher quality, safer system, they deserve support. We have initiated a customer
care scheme that will provide each customer with a unique number for reference
and a support line to contact. They will also receive details of new consumables
such as aromatherapy and cleansing products.

The advanced technology of our BIOJET systems has been achieved through careful
research and development over many years using only the finest materials
and components.
To ensure smooth installation, every whirlpool bath tub , shower bath , shower and steam cabins or spa baths and spa systems is pre-assembled and thoroughly
tested at our factory before being shipped. Full installation and user instructions
are supplied along with our guarantee. This means that the plumber has only
to connect the water, drain and electrical supplies using standard fittings
and techniques to have your spa system up and running in the shortest possible
time.
Pump Guarantee
Our pumps are manufactured by one of the world's largest manufacturing groups
and are TUV, GS and CE standard approved and IP55 rated. They include an
integral pump stand and carry a no quibble Five Year Guarantee.
Spa Blower Guarantee
Blower built to latest European Standards for
safety and EMC compliant. Holds the  mark.
2 Year Guarantee.
Jet Guarantee
All our jets and plastic parts are manufactured from the highest quality materials
and to the highest standards. All plastic parts are covered with a 2 Year Guarantee.
Chrome and Gold Finish
Covered by a 1 Year Guarantee subject to cleaning with non-abrasive cleaning
materials.
Electronic Touch Pads Guarantee

Cleaning your system
Although BIOJET systems drain completely, we recommend that the system is regularly
cleaned using our specially developed BIOJET HYGIENE Whirlpool Cleaner to ensure that
