Returns Policy
Always check all dimensions before ordering. Please inspect fully the items on arrival and notify us of any transit damage defects within 48 hours. (See Delivery) Biojet International cannot accept any reponsibility for transit damage defects notified after this 48 hour period. In the event of a problem with any of our products we will arrange for the collection and rectify, replace or repair defective/damaged items. Any unwanted returned items, unless otherwise agreed, will incur a 35% re-stocking fee. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at:www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334/htm.
It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us in good condition. We do not accept liability for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest that you take out your own carrier insurance. If the goods do not arrive back at our warehouse in a re-saleable condition Biojet International reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please ensure that all returned goods are in their original packaging. DO NOT write on the product packaging, if it is deemed unfit for resale then you will not receive a refund.
Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then Biojet International Plc will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
